Pick your time and get set up. You will choose your visit time in our secure patient portal, then complete your health forms there privately, so your appointment is spent on you, not paperwork.

Step 3:

Meet with Dr. Deepa by video, from home. She listens, goes through your whole picture, and you leave with a clear plan that fits your life.

Everything stays in your secure patient portal, protected by the same privacy laws as any doctor's office.

Your first visit

Your initial appointment may be a 60-minute Comprehensive Initial Consultation or a 30-minute Focused Allergy Evaluation, depending on your clinical needs.

During your consultation, Dr. Deepa will review your relevant medical history, symptoms, previous evaluations and treatments, and appropriate lifestyle factors. Together, you'll discuss an individualized diagnostic and treatment plan, including any necessary testing or follow-up care.

Yes. Most of what changes chronic allergy, asthma, and immune conditions is careful evaluation: the time to go through your full history, your triggers, your symptom pattern, your medications, and the relevant lifestyle factors. That work is done well over video, from your home. And when something genuinely needs in-person testing, such as breathing tests or allergy testing, Dr. Deepa will tell you plainly and help you arrange it close to home.

Is it private?

Yes. Your visit and your medical records live in a secure patient portal, protected by the same privacy laws as any doctor's office.

TLC Medical offers individual consultations by secure video:
Comprehensive Initial Consultation (60 minutes): $550
Focused Allergy Evaluation (30 minutes): $300
Standard Clinical Follow-Up (30 minutes): $300
